My Accomplishments

The University of Mississippi has succeeded in educating at the higher level. In the four years I've spent in" Faulkner's Country", I have learned more than I could have ever imagined. Through the Meek School of Journalism, I have learned how to edit videos using Final Cut Pro and post them to my very own YouTube Page. To view all my work, click here. Also, I have had the privilege of working with Rebel Radio and participated in the Hearst Journalism Awards. Click below, to listen to the story I created with Knox Graham that awarded the University of Mississippi second place for best feature story in college radio. As an active member of Public Relations Association of Mississippi, I have learned the importance of networking and maximizing all opportunities.

O.U.T- A Good Route

The O.U.T bus system provides safe and efficient mobility solutions for the city of Oxford and the University of Mississippi. With the addition of three new routes, larger buses, and extended hours, O.U.T is more convenient than ever. “Today we are transporting on average 2, 000 + people per day, which is up from 500 to 600 per day a year ago.” Said the system’s general manager, Ron Biggs. Riding the bus can help save gas money, and hassles with parking on campus. Being environmentally friendly, easy to ride, and with convenient routes, OUT’s ridership continues to grow from locals to students.
